Sweet pizza
The perfect union between sweet and savory.

For the dough
800 grams 00 flour
200 grams butter
200 grams sugar
3 eggs
Lemon zest
1 packet of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
For the stuffing
500 grams ricotta cheese
Sugar to taste
2 eggs

Preparation of the dough
Stir quickly together all the ingredients until obtaining a compact and elastic dough. Envelop the dough in plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Preparation of the stuffing
Beat the eggs and ricotta cheese in a large mixing bowl until frothy and then blend in the sugar. Spread a layer of dough on a mold, then prick with a fork and pour the mixture previously prepared. Cover edge of pizza with strips of dough. Bake at 170° for 30 mins until crisp.
