Pizza chiena

Rustic pizza.
A taste explosion in a bite.

1 kg of pasta bread
20 eggs
200 gr. of salami
1 sopressata
200 gr. of bacon
1 kg of caciotta cheese
Pepper to taste

First prepare the pasta bread. Cut salami and cheese in large chunks. In a bowl beat the eggs thoroughly with pepper and add the pieces of salami and cheese. Line a baking pan with the dough and fill with the compound previously prepared. Finally cover with a layer of pasta, being sure to seal well the edges. Then drizzle the rustic pizza with beaten egg. Bake for 1 hour in about a 170 degree oven until golden brown.
