4 thick pieces of baccala’
Dried chili peppers (half spicy and half sweet)
Extra virgin olive oil,
Garlic and salt to taste
In large bowl, combine cod with water. Changing water every day, for two to three days. Boil for a few minutes the cod previously soaked, then drain and clean it of possible skin or bones residues. In a separate pan, fry the oil with the garlic and chilies. Spoon sauce over fish and serve warm or at room temperature.
