Lagane with chickpeas Recipe

The làene are a typical dish traditionally cooked with poor condiments. The typical recipe require the chickpeas sauce.
A simple dish full of taste.

400 grams hard bran flour
250 grams chickpeas
Parsley leaves
Salt to taste

Preparation of the dough
In a large bowl mix the flour with warm water until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Let stand the dough for half an hour. Roll out the dough and cut it into wide and long strips. In a pan fry the garlic with lard, then add the chickpeas previously soaked. Cover with water and continue cooking over low heat. Put the pasta into the boiling water and cook with the chickpeas. Serve in a dish by adding chopped parsley.
